The final model above depicts the currently unnamed Wrightbus vehicle which is in development for use in London. The vehicle which has been heavily backed by the current London Mayor Boris Johnson has been nicknamed the "Borismaster" by the press.
The first prototype of the bespoke three door twin staircase bus is currently undergoing various engineering trials in the UK. This bus is due to enter service in the capital with Arriva along with five pre-production examples next year. The Corgi model will depict the first vehicle,the livery and other details will be finalised once those for the real bus have been confirmed.
