Returns & Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any product you receive from us, please return it for exchange (if we have more in stock, we will always exchange in the first instance) or refund, (if no exchange is possible) within 14 days.
Refunds will only be issued, on faulty goods, that cannot be exchanged, or repaired under warranty.
If an item arrives damaged, please report it immediately with photographs of the damage and try to leave the package sealed if possible
Goods will be exchanged in the first instance, or sent away for warranty / damaged goods claims.
This is to help fight fraudulent claims for goods that have not arrived damaged but have been broken during use.
if we cannot exchange, or claim warranty, then a full refund will be issued,
We test and video all our model railway items before they are dispatched. to ensure the model works correctly and has no physical damage.
If a refund is requested on goods that can be exchanged, then post and packing charges will not be refunded.
P & P costs will not be refunded except on faulty goods. This is inline with the distance selling regulations 2000, which states that as a retailer, we must inform you that Postage and Package charges will not be refunded, without exception on non faulty items, before the sale/contract is made.
